Aqua Viva complex contains 16 new modern 168m² villas located close to a beautiful and quite crystal clear lagoon. Local Club Cayuco Maya, offer you to rent kayaks, hire a sailing boat or just enjoy the sweet 7 shades of blue clear waters of Bacalar. Although being in the middle of the jungle you will find a 20 meter swimming pool, small gym and a common area available for all of our guests.

Is Aqua Viva located on the lagoon?
We are very close to the Cayuco Maya Beach club (1000 meters). You can walk or drive your car (there is parking). The entrance to the beach club is free for Aqua Viva guests as long as you have a drink at the bar :)
How far is Bacalar center and what is the best way to get to Aqua Viva?
The center of Bacalar is about 20 minutes driving distance. We recommend renting your own car or you can always use Bacalar's taxi service.
When is the best time to visit Aqua Viva?
The weather is good all year round in Bacalar, there is always something to do. The best time to visit Bacalar in terms of weather is from December through March. During these months you have the least rainfall of the year and more pleasant temperatures.
